Originally erected in 1912 as The Dufferin Street Presbyterian Church, this historic structure has been transformed into an exclusive enclave of just 14 distinct suites. The local landmark was designed by William Gregg, and incorporated elements of neo-gothic architecture. Following a merger with Dovercourt-St. Paul’s Presbyterian in 1993, the church experienced changes in ownership, passing from a Baptist ministry to its eventual sale to a developer in 2012.

The journey took an unexpected turn in 2014 when a fire erupted, causing damage and a temporary suspension of the project due to the collapse of the roof. In the ensuing years, various efforts were made to sell both the entire structure as a whole and as individual units. However, market dynamics led the project into receivership in 2022, with Rosen Goldberg Inc. appointed by the court to ensure the completion of the conversion.
