    I work across the GTA but focus heavily on Toronto’s central neighbourhoods — think Midtown, Yorkdale – Glen Park, Wychwood, Casa Loma, and anywhere you’ll find unique homes, lofts, and strong long-term value. If there’s a neighbourhood you’re curious about, chances are I know it well (and can tell you where to find the best espresso nearby too).

    Yes—my services are tailored for both. These days, I’m more focused on the selling side of the transaction, but whether you’re buying a unique and custom home, upsizing, or selling an investment property, I create a customized plan with data-driven advice and clear steps at every stage.
