By creating an account you agree to these terms of use.

1. You are entering into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Sage Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage and its salesperson Mark Savel. Accepting these terms costs you nothing and is not a representation agreement. You can contact us at 416-483-8000.

2. You have a bona fide interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the kind shown on this site. The listing and sold information is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, sell or use it for any other purpose.

3. You will not use any of the listing or sold information, in whole or in part, with artificial intelligence, machine learning or any other data analysis technology, including to train, test or build a model or service.

4. You will not scrape, data mine, crawl or use any automated means to collect, store or index information from this site.

5. You acknowledge that PropTx and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) own the MLS® database and hold the copyright in it, and that their proprietary rights are valid. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx, TRREB, their members or us.

6. You authorize PropTx, TRREB and other PropTx members, or their authorized representatives, to access this site to check that their rules are followed and to monitor how the information is displayed and used.

7. Your account is personal to you. Don't share your password. We may suspend accounts that are misused. If PropTx or TRREB asks, for an audit or a legal matter, we may share your account details and activity with them.

8. You'll be asked to confirm these terms again at least every 90 days to keep access to sold information.

9. We use your details to provide this service and to contact you about your saved homes and searches. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy for more. You can change your email settings or close your account at any time from your account page. When you close it, your access ends right away. As the MLS® rules require, we keep a record of your account for 180 days and then delete it.
