About Sloane East and West.
Sloane’s East and West Towers are the newest buildings in Fitzrovia’s three-tower Sloane community at Dufferin Street and Highway 401. They were designed from the ground up as long-term rental homes, not condo conversions, and are professionally managed by Fitzrovia.
Inside, suites have nine-foot ceilings, full-size laundry, quartz counters with waterfall islands, KitchenAid appliances and keyless smart locks. Every suite includes Rogers gigabit internet and a Wi-Fi thermostat.
The towers suit renters who want a short commute downtown by subway, easy access to the 401, and amenities they’ll use every day, from the rooftop pool to a full training facility and a basketball court.

Can South Tower residents use the East and West amenities?
No. The amenity spaces in the East and West Towers are reserved for residents of those buildings. The South Tower has its own fitness, co-working and social spaces.
Are the East and West Towers more expensive than the South Tower?
Generally, yes, because of their larger amenity program and finishes. If budget matters more than the pool, spa and court, the South Tower is often a more approachable way into Sloane. We can compare all three for you.
Is Sloane pet-friendly?
Yes. Pets are welcome, and there’s a pet spa on site.
